State Finals Double Header Information:

*The State Finals is only open to SJBRA MEMBERS*
Registration for 1st rodeo
8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
1st rodeo begins at 9:00 a.m.
Registration for 2nd rodeo
2:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
2nd rodeo begins at 3:30 p.m.
Banquet and Awards Ceremony will immediately follow the 2nd rodeo at
Old Tucson Studios
Members' meals will be PAID FOR by SJBRA!
All family and guests will need to pay for their own meals.
Finals paperwork was handed out at the Florence rodeo. If you were not able to attend, your paperwork will be mailed to you. If you don't receive your paperwork by Sept. 1, 2010, please contact Jackie Olguin A.S.A.P.

We will be awarding $3,000 in prizes along with regular payouts
(and roll over money depending on divisions)
at our State Finals!
ALL members, no matter how many rodeos you have attended, are eligible for the State Finals.

It's not too early to start thinking about NJBRA Finals in Oklahoma! In order to make the costs more affordable for the families who will be going (that will be determined after our State Finals)
we need to think about fundraising.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY -
If you are entering a child other than your own in an SJBRA Rodeo, and/or you are under the age of 18 and your parent is NOT
at an SJBRA Rodeo, you MUST bring a
SIGNED AND PRE-NOTARIZED WAIVER TO THE EVENT.
The paper MUST be signed with the PARENT'S OR LEGAL GUARDIAN'S signature and a working phone number.
The paper must be with whomever is bringing the rider to the event and given to the secretary. This does NOT apply to parents who are with their child at an SJBRA event.
The SJBRA waiver can be printed from the "Forms" page.

* Clarification * All payouts for divisions without a covered ride (see the Handbook for times) will be rolled over into the State Finals as added money for that division. State finals will be paid out on ground time only if there are no covered rides. 100% of the roll over money will be paid out at state finals.
